Appeals
It’s disappointing when an application for the right to be forgotten fails, but it’s not the end of the line. If you live in the UK, you will be able to appeal to the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you live outside the UK, we will be able to tell you which authority will deal with your appeal. Appeals can be more complex to draft but they can be extremely effective harming you or your family, you may be able to ask the internet search engines to block the material. If an appeal is successful, the unwanted material about you will be blocked from a search of your name. We can help you put together the best appeal possible.
